Your job and your health: a delicate balance.

"Your job and your health are closely intertwined."
"You might feel like there aren't enough hours in the day or week, but "you can't let work override staying healthy," says Robin Molella, M.D., a prevention specialist at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. "Let your health slide, and you'll probably have problems in the workplace, too."

Water: How much should you drink every day?
Thirst not always a reliable gauge.

The goji berry (Latin name "Lycium Barbarum"): considered by experts to be the most nutritionally dense food on our planet.
"When scientists first began exploring the goji berry, they quickly discovered not all goji berries are alike. It took a great deal of time to find the right strain of goji berry referred to so often in Ancient Asian health texts.

While the goji berry does have antioxidant power, it's true power comes from another source: unique Master Molecule polysaccharides, which simply cannot be found in any other plant on earth. Dozens of published scientific studies have confirmed that these polysaccharides are the most important bioactive components, and are responsible for the incredible health benefits of the goji berry.

Beginning with the botanical family known as Solanaceae, scientists further narrowed their choices to include only the desert-thorns of the genus Lycium (lye-SEE-um) based on descriptions of goji in ancient medical texts."  Therefore, look for a high-quality, standardized goji juice with a Spectral Signature to assure potency and purity.

"If you have not yet heard of goji, you are not alone. While it has occupied an important place in traditional Asian medicine for countless generations, the secrets of it's nutritional benefits have remained a mystery to most of the world."

Today, research-supported use of the goji berry can be found in one of the many books authored by Dr. Earl Mindell, R.Ph., M.H., Ph.D: Goji, The Himalayan Health Secret.

Widely regarded as the world's #1 nutritionist, Dr. Earl Mindell's research during the last 30 years has resulted in many important health discoveries. He was largely responsible for creating the "nutritional revolution" with the publication of The Vitamin Bible; the biggest-selling nutritional book ever.
